I am delighted to share with you that Look Good Feel Better Workshop is now taking place in Newry monthly.  I volunteer once a month, it takes place at Newry Leisure Centre Look Good Feel Better (LGFB) is the only international cancer support charity that helps boost the physical and emotional wellbeing of people undergoing cancer treatment. Our free confidence boosting Workshops are held across the UK/Northern Ireland for women, men and young adults undergoing treatment for any type of cancer.  Each group session is led by trained volunteers and is a chance to meet others in a similar situation, as well...

On Sunday past it was my 39th Birthday and I got to spend it watching the Master of Makeup Patrick Ta give a masterclass at Image Beauty Fest in Dublin with my bestie Grainne Phillips Pro Makeup Artist.  He was better than I expected and such a down to earth fella.
