I was hoping I would never have to implement this to my business. But after numerous late cancellations some only an hour before their scheduled and confirmed appointment.
I now request a booking deposit from everyone to secure your booking, I hope you understand, I am unable to offer your appointment to anyone else at such late notice.
For no shows and cancellation's outside 48 hours this deposit is non refundable
Deposits can be paid via card, paypal - rosiekblog@gmail.com or cash
