Rosie consider’s it a privilege being part of a bride’s special day. Rosie’s bridal makeup style is more beauty makeup. Rosie believe’s that on your wedding day a bride should look and feel herself, but the very Best Polished version of herself.
Rosie use’s only high quality designer brands in her bridal kit such as Giorgio Armani, Illamasqua, Charlotte Tilbury, Huda Beauty, Natasha Denona, Tom Ford, Becca, Laura Mercier to name a few. It is very important to her to use the best products that last all day and night but also will photograph beautifully to suit each individual skin type.
My prices reflect my experience and the fact that I only use the very best of products in my kit.
For bridal makeup Rosie will travel to you on the morning of your wedding, be it at home or at your venue and will stay with you until everyone has received final touch ups once they have their dresses on.
Rosie use’s a mix of individual and strip lashes, these are natural looking lashes, lightweight and very comfortable to wear, they can make a difference to the finished look and open your eyes especially in photos.
A trial for the bride is adviseable and lasts approximately 1.5 hours, this takes place in her studio in Mullaghbawn, Newry, Co Down or at your preferred location. For the trial Rosie ask’s her brides to bring pictures of their dress, bridesmaid dress, flowers or any makeup looks you have saved on your phone. This helps Rosie to build a picture of the overall styling for the day and she can then create a makeup look to compliment this.
A trial can take place whenever suits you, but ideally 6-8 weeks before the wedding. Rosie can also advise on a good skincare regime. It is also advisable to have your hair trial on the same day so you can see how the two work together. It is also a good idea to wear a white/cream top so you can see how your makeup will look against your dress on the day.
Rosie also offers wedding guest makeup services for customers across Ireland. For convenience, Rosie can travel to your home or you can travel to her and she will deliver full makeup applications.
